SECTION VIII <br />Paid from WWTP <br />WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT <br />Rate of Pay (to be paid in <br />equal bi- weekly increments <br />for salary and rate of pay by <br />hourly pay periods bi-weekly) <br />Treatment Plant Superintendent $2,186.92 <br />Skilled Treatment Plant Operators 21.34 per hour <br />Unskilled Treatment Plant Operator 17.56 per hour <br />Additional hourly pay shall be paid to a Lab Technician in the <br />amount of $1.50 per hour, for a Lead Operator an additional $1.50 <br />per hour, for a Designated Full -Time Driver with CDL an <br />additional $0.50 per hour, and for a Class I License an <br />additional $0.50 per hour. <br />The Treatment Plant Superintendent shall be entitled to comp time <br />versus overtime due to his position being one of supervisor and <br />head of the Department and other employees. The Treatment Plant <br />Superintendent shall be entitled to compensation time receive <br />time off at the rate of 1 to 1, for every hour in excess of 40 <br />hours worked he shall receive 1 hour time off as compensation. <br />Full -Time employees of the Treatment Plant shall receive as a <br />benefit 14.2% of the employee's salary paid by the Town to PERF. <br />SECTION IX. PARK DEPARTMENT <br />Paid from Park & Recreation Fund Rate of Pay (to be paid in <br />equal bi- weekly increments <br />for salary and rate of pay by <br />hourly pay periods bi-weekly) <br />Park Superintendent <br />Office Manager <br />Assistant Superintendent <br />Recreation Director <br />Maintenance Supervisor <br />Maintenance Worker <br />Recreation Coordinator <br />(paid from Park Non -Reverting <br />$2,186.92 <br />21.13 <br />1,923.08 <br />21.34 <br />18.13 <br />1,423.08 <br />Operating Fund) <br />plus longevity <br />per hour <br />per hour <br />per hour <br />NOTE: This position is to be reviewed annually to verify that <br />the position is being covered by the user fees from the "Before <br />and After School Program" which is pursuant to an agreement with <br />the Mooresville Consolidated School Corporation and the <br />Mooresville Park & Recreation District. In the event the user <br />fees are not covering the position, the Town Council reserves the <br />right to terminate this position. <br />
