SECTION VIII Paid from WWTP WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT Rate of Pay (to be paid in equal bi- weekly increments for salary and rate of pay by hourly pay periods bi-weekly) Treatment Plant Superintendent $2,186.92 Skilled Treatment Plant Operators 21.34 per hour Unskilled Treatment Plant Operator 17.56 per hour Additional hourly pay shall be paid to a Lab Technician in the amount of $1.50 per hour, for a Lead Operator an additional $1.50 per hour, for a Designated Full -Time Driver with CDL an additional $0.50 per hour, and for a Class I License an additional $0.50 per hour. The Treatment Plant Superintendent shall be entitled to comp time versus overtime due to his position being one of supervisor and head of the Department and other employees. The Treatment Plant Superintendent shall be entitled to compensation time receive time off at the rate of 1 to 1, for every hour in excess of 40 hours worked he shall receive 1 hour time off as compensation. Full -Time employees of the Treatment Plant shall receive as a benefit 14.2% of the employee's salary paid by the Town to PERF. SECTION IX. PARK DEPARTMENT Paid from Park & Recreation Fund Rate of Pay (to be paid in equal bi- weekly increments for salary and rate of pay by hourly pay periods bi-weekly) Park Superintendent Office Manager Assistant Superintendent Recreation Director Maintenance Supervisor Maintenance Worker Recreation Coordinator (paid from Park Non -Reverting $2,186.92 21.13 1,923.08 21.34 18.13 1,423.08 Operating Fund) plus longevity per hour per hour per hour NOTE: This position is to be reviewed annually to verify that the position is being covered by the user fees from the "Before and After School Program" which is pursuant to an agreement with the Mooresville Consolidated School Corporation and the Mooresville Park & Recreation District. In the event the user fees are not covering the position, the Town Council reserves the right to terminate this position.
