Board of Zoning Appeals <br />Minutes <br />Thursday April 11th, 2019 <br />Members Present: Mike Young, Neal Allman, Charles McGuire, <br />Perry King and attorney Mel Daniel. <br />Mike Young called the meeting to order and called for a motion <br />on the previous minutes. Neal Allman made a motion to accept <br />the minutes as presented, Charles McGuire seconded the motion <br />and the motion passed 4-0. <br />The first item on the agenda is a Special Exception request to <br />allow a professional massage therapy facility at 25 W Main St. <br />Business owner, Angel Tucker presented her request: she <br />reviewed the findings of fact regarding her request, discussed <br />traffic flow, parking, business hours and the plan to purchase the <br />property in question. Mike Young called for questions, when <br />none were, he asked he then reviewed the correspondm� <br />findings of facts and called for a motion. Charles McGuire made <br />the motion to approve, Perry King seconded the motion and the <br />Special Exception was allowed 4-0. <br />When no further business was brought before the Board of <br />Zoning Appeal Perry King made the motion to adj''ourn, the <br />motion was seconded by Neal Allman and carried unanimously. <br />
