Board of Zoning Appeals <br />Minutes <br />Thursday May 9h,2019 <br />Members Present: Perry King, Charles McGuire, Mike Young and <br />attorney Mel Daniel, Neal Allman was absent. <br />Mike Young called the meeting to order then called for a motion on the <br />previous minutes; Charles McGuire made a motion to accept the minutes <br />as presented, Perry King seconded the motion and the minutes passed. <br />The first item on the agenda is a Special Exception for 492-498 Town <br />Center Rd. The petitioner; Enterprise Leasing Company is seeking the <br />allowance of a vehicle rental business. Joseph Calderon, of Enterprise <br />Leasing, stated that the facility is 20000 sq ft of office space and the <br />facility rental agreement will come with designated parking spots, this <br />location would be a satellite facility and would house no more than 6-10 <br />cars at any given time. This location would replace the current location <br />inside Hubler Chevrolet. Mike Young called for questions, when none <br />were asked, he called for a motion; Perry King made the motion to <br />approve the Special Exception, Charles McGuire seconded the motion <br />and the motion passed 3-0. <br />The second item on the agenda is a variance request to allow an Edwards <br />Transmission and Automotive repair business in a zoned PUD -C <br />location. William Niemier of TKC Properties spoke on behalf of the <br />application. 635 St Rd 67 lot 4 F 2 is currently housing FarmHouse <br />Market, whom they have agreed to relocate in the same strip mall, filling <br />the mall, Edwards Transmission will remodel some areas to incorporate <br />the automotive repair service, including a garage bay door. Mike Young <br />called for questions: Perry King confirmed with Tim Bennett the need <br />for fire walls, all state requirements will be met. Clarification on a <br />
