Stanley made the motion to approve Declaratory Resolution 2019-3 as presented. Commissioner Boyd <br />seconded the motion, which carried 4-0. <br />Diane Huerkamp with the Design Committee of Mooresville Main Street presented a request to use <br />remaining grant funding of $4,839.98. They requested the use the remaining funds on five additional <br />bronze plaques and the QR codes for parking signs. The Commission requested they table this <br />conversation and allow Manns to see if the Town could assist with manual labor. <br />The County Accessor contacted the Morgan County Economic Development Corporation requesting <br />financial assistance regarding the appraisals of two properties within Mooresville which have tax <br />appeals. Commissioner Stultz made the motion the Commission further research the ability to assist. <br />Commissioner Boyd seconded the motion which carried 4-0. <br />Legal Update: No legal update <br />Economic Development Update: Manns has been working with Banning Engineering on the road and <br />sewer design work around the Mooresville Industrial Park. <br />Review of Claims: Claims were presented in the amount of $197,423.10 (July 3rd docket of $184,511.73 <br />and July 18th docket of $12,911.37), including a $150,000 SRF bond payment. Commissioner Boyd made <br />the motion to approve the claims as presented. Commissioner Stultz seconded the motion, which <br />carried 4-0. <br />For the Good of the Order: No update. <br />The next meeting will be determined at a later date. <br />Commissioner Stultz made the motion to adjourn. <br />j <br />Chairman <br />ATTEST: <br />Secretary <br />
