of the application presented as the parcel numbers do not match the
particular property being discussed. Mr. Williams, Mr. Moench and
members of the board discussed the parcel and parcel numbers in
question. Attorney Mel Daniel stated that with the inconsistence any
approved motion could be appealed. It was determined that an
amended application needed to be filed, corrected notices sent out but
no additional filing fee would be charged, Mike Young called for a
motion to continue, the motion was made, seconded and approved.
The next item on the agenda is a two lot minor plat at 650 E Tincher
Rd. presented by Bryan Haggard of Banning Engineering. The
request is to have ae lot divided into 2 lots; lot 1 at 4.770 acres and lot
2 at 14.846. This would allow for the building of a second home on
the property. When no questions or concerns were made Jeff
Dieterlen made a motion to approve the minor plat, Perry King
seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously.
The next items on the agenda are a replat and rezone request of the
46.685 acres at E Keller Hill Rd and L Long Meadow Ln. The
replat request, if approved would result in the 3 lots: lot 1 at 35.41, lot
2 at 5.0 and lot 3 at 2.36. Mr. Larrison noted that lot 10 of the original
Long Meadow PUD would remain as it is not part of the 46.685
purchased by Jerry Reecer. Mike Young called for questions. Jeff
Dieterlen questioned the need for the rezone as with lot 10 there
would still be 4 lots to comprise a PUD. John Littlejohn of the
audience discussed private road concerns, inquired as to which lot
would be farmed, and where houses would be located. Additional
audience members expressed concerns for the road and water run-off.
John Larrsion reviewed with the Commission and audience that 3 lots
verses 9 would reduce the the number of homes, drives ways and
allow for more open ground area. Steve Knieper stated that while he
understands both sides, he would rather see 3 lots with an Ag zoning.
Tammy VanHook asked audience members if any had a concern with
