an AG zoning, no one responded. When no more questions were <br />asked Mike Young called for a motion on the replat; Jeff Dieterlen <br />made a motion to accept the replat, Perry King seconded the motion <br />and the motion passed. Mr. Larrison then restated the request and <br />reasoning for the rezone request. Mike Young called for a motion on <br />the rezone; Dennis Chambers made a motion to recommend the <br />rezone to the Town Council, Tammy VanHook seconded the motion <br />and the rezone recommendation was approved unanimously. <br />Prior to hearing the next item on the agenda John Larrison of <br />Holloway Engineering requested a continuance of the rezone at <br />Pennington Rd application, the application needs to be amended. Jeff <br />asked that they be ant the next Technical Review meeting, and <br />clarified new notices would be sent out. Tammy VanHook motioned <br />to allow the continuance, the motion was seconded and carried. Note <br />members of the audience expressed concern that they were given to <br />opportunity to speak. <br />Tim Bennett presented a new complaint form that he had recently <br />drafted. Commission members addressed possible revision and <br />suggestion, Mr. Bennett will bring an updated form to the next <br />meeting, he then reported 17 permits and 106 inspections since the <br />last meeting. <br />With no further business perry King made a motion to adjourn, <br />Tammy VanHook seconded the motion and the motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />
