The next item on the agenda is a is a site plan approval at 102 Deere <br />Park Dr., presented by Holloway Engineering. The request is for a <br />storage building approximately 7200 sq ft with a gravel lot for tractor <br />and equipment storage. The storage facility would not be accessed by <br />the public and the request for the gravel lot would also go before the <br />Board of Zoning Appeal for a variance, Mike Young stated he would <br />relay concerns or comments to that Board. A representative of <br />Reynolds farm Equipment stated how they maintain the gravel areas <br />and why with the big tractors and tractor tires gravel works best. <br />When no further questions or comments were made Mike Young <br />called for a motion; Dennis Chambers made the motion to accept the <br />site plan, David Moore seconded the motion and the motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />The next item on the agenda is a 2 lot minor plat at E North County <br />Line Rd presented by John Larrison of Holloway Engineering on <br />behalf of David and Sharon Fleener. The request is to divide the <br />approximate 5.051 acres into 2 lots; lot 1 at 2.769 and lot 2 at 2.0 <br />acres. Mike Young relayed there were no concerns at the Tech <br />Review meeting. Mike Young called for questions and or concerns <br />from the Commission and or the audience. A neighbor expressed <br />concerns for the run off and possible sewage into the pond that <br />crosses property lines. Jeff Dieterlen asked if a specific type of drain <br />could be included in the plans, John Larrison did not believe so. <br />When no further questions were asked Jeff Dieterlen made a motion <br />to deny the request, property owner and additional audience members <br />requested to speak, Jeff Dieterlen withdrew his motion. The property <br />owner discussed the condition of the pond, a gentleman from the <br />audience discussed the reliability of septic systems, Jeff Dieterlen <br />spoke of the necessity to have a second location available in case of a <br />septic failure. There was discussion that the floor drain of concern <br />could be and would be day lighted. When there were no further <br />questions or concerns Mike Young called for a motion; Jeff Dieterlen <br />made the motion to accept with the floor drain change, Perry King <br />seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. <br />
