A motion was made by Councilman Mathis with a second by Councilman Rogers to approve the Town <br />joining the County complete count commission. Motion carried 4-0. <br />No public comments. <br />Kevin Julian, Interim police chief, reported there were five applicants in the current process for Police <br />Chief. The HR firm is screening the applicants. All the alarms are now at the new police station and will <br />receive monthly inspections. <br />Councilman Mathis reported the CA @A main paving is complete. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Rogers with a second by Councilman Stanley to approve paymehtof <br />the claims in the amount of $643,958.66. Motion carried 4-0. <br />There being no further business before the council at this time a motion was made by Councilman <br />Mathis with a second by Councilman Rogers to adjourn.
