use of self -storage request, Dave Moore seconded the motion and the <br />recommendation passed unanimously. <br />The second item on the agenda is the continued PUD -E request at <br />Western & Landersdale Roads, presented by Jeff Banning on behalf <br />of the Mooresville School District. The commission was presented a <br />completed traffic study that Mr. Goodwin of the County approved. <br />Mike Young stated the study is more extensive at some intersections <br />and may need to be completed again if and when another facility was <br />to go on the property. Jeff Dieterlen and Jeff Banning discussed the <br />21.95 acres requested, GIS lot lines, differing parcels and the lack of <br />need for additional traffic improvements at this time. Mike Young <br />called for questions: John Young asked for clarification of the <br />parcels, the accessibility and the isolation of the parcel in question. <br />Jeff Banning stated that the property was easily accessible and the <br />21.95 acres is the only portion being addressed currently. When no <br />further questions were asked Mike Young called for a vote: David <br />Moore motioned to approve, Tammy VanHook seconded the motion <br />and the motion carried unanimously. <br />The next item on the agenda is a vacate and replate request presented <br />by Ross Holloway on behalf of Eugene Perry of Sunco Construction <br />at 245 Indianapolis Rd. The request is to replat 3 lots into 1, with all <br />current structures, except the 2584 sq It building to be demolished. <br />Mike Young called for questions; audience members were confused <br />as the current zoning and the proposed use. Mr. Holloway indicated <br />the use would be commercial office and storage, with a rezone filed <br />for immediately following this vote and variance requests filed for the <br />next BZA meeting. When no further questions were asked Mike <br />Young called for a vote: Robert Alumbaugh made the motion to <br />approve the replat, Dave Moore seconded the motion and the motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />The next item on the agenda is the rezone request presented by Ross <br />Holloway on behalf of Eugene Perry of Sunco Construction, asking <br />
