When no <br />further questions were asked Mike Young called for a motion: Jeff <br />Dieteren made a motion to send a favorable recommendation to the <br />Town Council, the recommendation was seconded and accepted <br />unanimously. <br />Next on the agenda is a minor plat at St Rd 67 and Merriman Rd <br />presented by Jeff Banning on behalf of the Mooresville <br />Redevelopment Commission. The request is for 21334 acres in a two <br />lot primary plat and associated infrastructure for future industrial <br />building(s). Mike Young called for questions: Jeff Dieterlen <br />confirmed the retention pond would hold be wet, fencing needs were <br />discussed but unnecessary. No questions from the audience were <br />asked and Mike Young called for a motion. Jeff Dieterlen made the <br />motion to approve, Tammy VanHook seconded the motion and the <br />motion passed 9-0. <br />John Larrison asked for and was granted continuances on both a <br />minor plat and rezone on St Rd 67. <br />The next item on the agenda is a request to allow installation of solid <br />waste tanks and containment wall at NuGenesis on Hancel Parkway. <br />The request presented by Holloway Engineering is for 4 tanks at 2000 <br />gallons each, low to the ground and not much visible over the burm if <br />at all. When no questions were asked Jeff Dieterlen made the motion <br />to approve, the motion was seconded and passed unanimously. <br />Next item is a 5.342 minor plat request presented by John Larrison on <br />behalf of Steven and Julie Ann Gregory.
