Larrison stated they had contacted the county. When no further <br />questions were asked Mike Young called for a motion; Dave Moore <br />made a motion to approve contingent upon driveway approval, Robert <br />Alumbaugh seconded the motion and the minor plat was approved <br />unanimously. <br />The next two items is a vacate and replat by Ross Holloway on behalf <br />of Burt Neff at professional Court. The request is to vacat lots 1-13 in <br />Raymond PUD 4th amended plat and also Hoosier court creating 1 <br />plat at 2.5 acres for the allowance of storage units. Mike Young called <br />for questions: Jeff Dieterlen confirmed there was no infrastructure. <br />When no questions from the audience were asked, no concerns <br />expressed Mike Young called for a motion; Tammy VanHook made <br />the motion to approve the replat, the motion was seconded and passed <br />9-0. <br />Th next item on the agenda is a commercial site plan presented on <br />behalf of Burt Neff at Professional Court presented by Ross <br />Holloway. The request is to allow 6 self — storage buildings. Ross <br />Holloway presented plans including size, number of units, lighting, <br />hours of operation, Ross also presented statistics on self -storage units. <br />Mike Young called for questions: Marls Taylor clarified lighting, Jeff <br />Dieterlen confirmed the covenence and expressed concern for <br />drainage issues, Perry King expressed concern for fire safety. Mike <br />Young then opened the questions to the audience: Multiple audience <br />members expressed concern for storage units in a mainly residential <br />area, concerns for safety, traffic in and out on Indiana St., standing <br />water, drainage issues, fencing, number of units and so forth. One <br />audience member presented a petition requesting the request be <br />denied. One audience member asked could it remain green space as <br />the property has now been vacated from the residential plans, Ross <br />indicated that the replat would not be filed if the storage units were <br />not accepted. After multiple individuals expressed concerns and tools <br />issue with the request Ross Holloway indicated he would supply the <br />Clerk Treasurers office with an updated image to include additional <br />
