After a brief recess the next item on the agenda is a PUD at Departure <br />Blvd, Section 2 phase 1 of N Madison Crossing, 11.7 acres presented <br />by Ross Holloway on behalf of Pyatt Builders. Mr. Holloway gave a <br />brief history of N Madison Crossing, he stated there are no changes, <br />and discussed lot numbers. Ross Holloway and Perry King discussed <br />items reviewed items from the tech review. Mike Young opened the <br />floor for comments. Charles Anderson of Departure Blvd. expressed <br />concerns that previous sections are incompletes, covenant changes <br />and road maintenance. Robert Smith had concerns that not all <br />homeowners received proper notifications. Tom Johnson of Departure <br />Blvd expressed concerns that current covenants and restrictions are <br />not being followed. Dennis Chambers and Mike Young discussed <br />what the HOA over sees. Ross Holloway addressed the difference <br />between setting and or changing covenants and overseeing them. <br />Ross again reviewed the request, discussed section numbers, lot <br />numbers, all roads in section one have been turned over to the county, <br />he stated 90 residences were notified and asked for approval. When <br />no further questions and or comments were made Mike Young called <br />for a motion. Dave Moore made the motion to approve, Perry King <br />seconded the motion and the motion passed 5-1. <br />Public discussion after regarding covenants and enforcement. <br />There have been 11 permits and 49 inspections since the last meeting. <br />With no new business a motion was made, seconded and passed 6-0 <br />to adjourn. Next meeting to be November 14" at 6:30 or immediately <br />following the Board of Zoning Appeals. <br />I� � I � -CA�/ <br />
