Because the rezone will <br />change property lines, the client and engineer are committing to a retracement survey so that the deeds <br />of both properties reflect appropriate zoning. Beth Copeland clarified with Mr. Gillman that the <br />residence and proposed garage were on the Agricultural portion of the property, and that the 0.1096 <br />acres was a carve -out. Mike Young called for two separate votes, and two separate motions. Jeff <br />Dieterlen made the motion that the rezoning be granted a favorable recommendation to the Town <br />Council with the commitments that a retracement survey be conducted and two deeds with accurate <br />legal descriptions be filed. David Sadler seconded the motion, and the vote was unanimous in favor. <br />Mark Taylor motioned that the Planning Commission approving the amended concept plan, a plan which <br />was previously approved by the Commission on March 12, 2020. David Sadler seconded, and the <br />amended concept plan was approved unanimously. <br />John Larrison of Holloway Engineering requested a rezoning as 100 Sun Polymer Drive, Lot B1 for a <br />water treatment plant for Hill Water. Jeff Dieterlen asked if any variances were requested, and Mr. <br />Larrison responded that they had not encountered any to date. Mike Young called for public comment <br />and then for a motion from the Commission. David Sadler made the motion for a favorable <br />recommendation to the Town Council, and Josh Brown seconded, and the motion passed with a <br />unanimous vote. Tim Bennett did not attend, so the Planning Commission did not address permits and <br />inspections.
