e) Conversion of the garage to living space is prohibited. <br />f) Each dwelling shall have a concrete driveway not less than 20 feet in <br />width. <br />g) Homes must have a landscaping package approved by the Developer or <br />Architectural Control Committee. The landscape package must include <br />the minimum number, size, species and locations of trees and shrubs <br />that have been approved by the Developer. <br />COMMITMENT NO. 3 <br />Prior to completion of those phases or sections of the development where lots adjoin <br />the south and east lines of the subdivision, landscaping mounds shall be constructed <br />that are not less than six (6) feet in height at the peak with side slopes that are not <br />steeper than 3 feet horizontal to 1 foot vertical. Mounds shall be constructed to be <br />undulating and serpentine with breaks and gaps as needed to provide for surface <br />drainage. Along said south and east lines one (1) canopy tree, one (1) understory tree <br />and ten (10) evergreen trees shall be planted every one -hundred (100) lineal feet. <br />6 <br />
