Councilman Williams mentioned that the Town Comprehensive plan is underway, and the <br />public can go to Plan Mooresville.com to take surveys to see what kinds of changes the citizens <br />would like to see in the community. <br />Councilman Stanley recognized Councilman Williams' work with the legal department and the <br />unsafe building ordinance and the realization of the use of that ordinance. <br />Council President Warthen also acknowledged the passing of Jack Ward and the impact that has <br />had on the Town. <br />There being no further business to come before the council at this time, a motion was made to <br />adjourn by Councilman Stanley, second by Councilman Williams. Motion Carried 5-0. <br />The next meeting of the Mooresville Town Council will be held on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at <br />6:30 P.M. at the Mooresville Government Center. <br />Tom Warthen, Council President <br />ATTEST: <br />Dianna Wamsley, Clerk -Treasurer <br />
