<br />RECREATIONAL VEHICLE: A portable or self-propelled vehicular <br />structùred designed as a temporary dwelling for travel and <br />vacation use only which: <br />EITHER <br />1. Is identified on the unit by the manufacturer as a <br />recreational vehicle¡ and <br /> <br />2. Is not more than the statutory body width for <br />highway purposes as determined by the Bureau of <br />Motor Vehicles; and <br /> <br />3. Is of any weight provided its body length does not <br />exceed thirty-two (32) feet; <br />OR <br />1. Is a structure mounted on an automobile or truck; <br />and <br /> <br />2. Is desi~nated to be used for sleeping or temporary <br />habitat1on. <br /> <br />REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR: <br />and registered or through <br />in the State of Indiana. <br /> <br />A land surveyor properly licensed <br />reciprocity permitted to practice <br /> <br />REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER: <br />licensed and registered or through <br />practice in the State of Indiana. <br /> <br />SIGN: Any outdoor structure designed for the pu~ose of <br />advertising or making known any service or commod1ty that is <br />available upon the property on which the structure 1S <br /> <br />An engineer properly <br />reciprocity permitted to <br /> <br />FREE-STANDING SIGN: Any outdoor structure desi~ned for the <br />purpose of advertisin~ or making known any serv1ce or <br />commodity that is ava1lable that stands apart from any <br />building or structure and has attached to it its own support <br />structure for keeping the sign in place. <br /> <br />SPECIAL EXCEPTION: The authorization of a use, designated as <br />bein~ ~ermitted in the district concerned if it meets special <br />cond1t10ns, and upon application, is specifically authorized <br />by the Board. <br /> <br />STREET: A ri~ht-of-way established for or dedicated to the <br />public use wh1ch affords the principal means of access to <br />abutting properties.
