<br />4. The acquisition of street rights-of-way by a public <br />agency in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />5. The exchange of land for the purpose of <br />straighten1ng property boundary lines which does <br />not result in the change of the present land usage. <br /> <br />6. A division of land for the sale or exchange of <br />tracks between adjoining land owners, provided that <br />no additional building sites other than for <br />accessory buildings are created by the division. <br /> <br />THOROUGHFARE: Shall have the same definition as "Street." <br /> <br />TOURIST HOME: A building in which one but not more than five <br />guest rooms are used to provide or offer overnight <br />accommodations to transient guests for compensation. <br /> <br />TOWN: The incorporated Town of Mooresville, Indiana. <br /> <br />TOWN COUNCIL: Referred to herein as simply the Town council <br />or "Council" so as to not be confused with the plan <br />Commission, referred to herein as simply as the "Commission" <br />or the Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals, referred to herein <br />as simply as the "Board" with Town Council referring to the <br />Town council of the civil Town of Mooresville. <br /> <br />TOWN ENGINEER: A licensed en9ineer designated by the town to <br />furnish engineering consultat1on in the administration of <br />these regulations. <br /> <br />TRADE OR BUSINESS SCHOOL: A secretarial or business school <br />whether private or public, or a school for the teaching of <br />music, dancing, barbering, hair dressing, drafting, <br />industrial or technical arts. <br /> <br />TRAVEL TRAILER PARK: An area, premises, space or ~lace, <br />including service buildings thereon, in which park1ng or <br />rental s~ace for trailers on a temporary basis is provided to <br />the pub11C for compensation. <br /> <br />TRUCK SERVICE CENTER: An occu~ancy which provides especially <br />for the servicing of trucks, w1th 1ncidental operations <br />similar to those permitted for "Automobile Service Center." <br /> <br />USE: The employment or occupation of a building, structure, <br />or land for a person's service, benefit or enjoyment. <br /> <br />VARIANCE, DIMENSIONAL: A specific approval granted by the <br />Advisory Board of zoning Ap~eals in the manner prescr1bed by <br />the Town of Mooresville Zon1ng Ordinance, to deviate from the <br /> <br />14 <br />
