Resolution 1-2024 2023 Year-end Appropriation Transfers. Councilman Brown motioned to approve the year-end appropriation transfer, with a second by Councilman Witt. Motion carried 4-0. Police Chief Buckner requested an increase in the current pay rate for part-time dispatch employees from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. He acknowledges that this was an oversight during the budget process and this increase would not have an adverse effect on the 2024 police department budget. Councilman Brown motioned to move forward with amending the 2024 Salary Ordinance, with a second by Councilman Witt. Motion carried. 4-0.
