<br />Street owned by Jerry Graybill. <br /> <br />Building Inspector Beikman <br /> <br />advised that he had met with Mr. Graybill and that this matter <br /> <br />would be set for a public hearing in June subject to Mr. Graybill <br /> <br />completing the work. <br /> <br />Mr. Beikman also stated that the property at <br /> <br />5 East Harrison Street would come up for a public hearing in June <br /> <br />as well as the property located at 10 East Main. <br /> <br />He also stated <br /> <br />that the property at 2 West Main could be taken off of the Unsafe <br /> <br />Building violation update since it is now in substantial compli- <br /> <br />ance. <br /> <br />The Board then proceeded to a review of the Master Land Use <br /> <br />Plan. <br /> <br />Signe advised that at the last special meeting the Adult <br /> <br />Entertainment Ordinance had been reviewed, the Minor Plat Ordi- <br /> <br /> <br />nance, and Outside Storage~1~ ~ ~ /-tt~1 <br /> <br />The Board proceeded to the Building Inspector's report with <br /> <br />Joe reporting seventeen (17) inspections and twelve (12) new <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />permits. <br /> <br />The Board then adjourned to a special session on the new <br /> <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />S~ic~~Chairman <br /> <br />~~/ <br /> <br />Robert Tucker, Secretary <br /> <br />Dated: <br /> <br />.-' <br /> <br />-3- <br />
