<br />I <br /> <br />Leonard Ratcliff, 302 Cooney Road, appeared before the commission to report he had received <br />approval for a minor plat of his twenty six acres, but now he does not want to record the plat. He <br />has a purchaser(Mr. Harvey) for the whole twenty six acres that wants to put a kennel to raise <br />and board dogs. This parcel is currently zoned agriculture and does not need rezoned for this. <br />The Plan Commission told Mr. Ratcliff that since the minor plat was never recorded it reverts <br />back to original state and he does not need to notif'y neighbors. <br /> <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported he had changes and a new map for the comprehensive <br />plan for review. The commission is to review for the next meeting and discuss and aim to <br />publish for both zoning and comprehensive plan in October or November. EDC Director Harold <br />Gutzwiller stated he wants to look at the plan and see if he has any changes to be made. <br /> <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported thirty-one (31) permits and one hundred nine (l09) <br />inspections. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Plan Commission at this time, motion was <br />made for adjourrunent. <br /> <br />The next scheduled meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission will be Thursday, September <br />28,2000, at 7:00 P.
