Susan Neeley spoke for the rezone saying Dr. Reyman would improve neighborhood. After some discussion, Attorney Foley requested a continuance to the August meeting. President Beebe read a letter of complaint about a dead tree in Roberson Woods. The Homeowner's Association had sent a letter to the property owner with no results. This is not a Plan Commission problem. They will need to obtain legal counsel. Attorney Tim Currens reported he had received a complaint about someone living at 39 West Main Street and he needs this investigated. Commissioner Williamson reported a flea market in the grassy area ofIndianapolis Road a few weeks ago. He was told if he sees a flea market there again he needs to find who is operating. Fifty-six (56) permits and one hundred forty-one (141) inspections were reported. There being no further business to come before the Plan Commission at this time, a motion was made to adjourn.
