This is located
between Pollard's business and Mt. Gilead Church. Susan Neeley, an attorney, has an office
across the road. Mr. Reyman will have approximately ten clients per day with traffic burden
commiserate with B-t. He is widening the drive to 30 feet, one sign on 144, no outside kennel
area, an exercise area in back, and no livestock. Commissioner McGuire said that B-3 zoning
requires a 50 foot buffer next to R-l or agriculture. Brad Kromer, 3122 St. Rd. 144 spoke to the
commission his concern that as a B-3, a kennel would be 200 feet from his home and the parking
lot that is proposed would allow water to run to his house. Susan Neeley spoke for the rezone
saying Dr. Reyman would improve neighborhood. After some discussion, Attorney Foley
requested a continuance to the August meeting.

President Beebe read a letter of complaint about a dead tree in Roberson Woods. The
Homeowner's Association had sent a letter to the property owner with no results. This is not a
Plan Commission problem. They will need to obtain legal counsel.

Attorney Tim Currens reported he had received a complaint about someone living at 39 West
Main Street and he needs this investigated.

Commissioner Williamson reported a flea market in the grassy area ofIndianapolis Road a few
weeks ago. He was told if he sees a flea market there again he needs to find who is operating.

Fifty-six (56) permits and one hundred forty-one (141) inspections were reported.

There being no further business to come before the Plan Commission at this time, a motion was
made to adjourn.

The next meeting of the MooresviUe Plan Commission will be on Thursday, August 24,2000, at
7:00 P.
