This is located <br />between Pollard's business and Mt. Gilead Church. Susan Neeley, an attorney, has an office <br />across the road. Mr. Reyman will have approximately ten clients per day with traffic burden <br />commiserate with B-t. He is widening the drive to 30 feet, one sign on 144, no outside kennel <br />area, an exercise area in back, and no livestock. Commissioner McGuire said that B-3 zoning <br />requires a 50 foot buffer next to R-l or agriculture. Brad Kromer, 3122 St. Rd. 144 spoke to the <br />commission his concern that as a B-3, a kennel would be 200 feet from his home and the parking <br />lot that is proposed would allow water to run to his house. Susan Neeley spoke for the rezone <br />saying Dr. Reyman would improve neighborhood. After some discussion, Attorney Foley <br />requested a continuance to the August meeting. <br /> <br />President Beebe read a letter of complaint about a dead tree in Roberson Woods. The <br />Homeowner's Association had sent a letter to the property owner with no results. This is not a <br />Plan Commission problem. They will need to obtain legal counsel. <br /> <br />Attorney Tim Currens reported he had received a complaint about someone living at 39 West <br />Main Street and he needs this investigated. <br /> <br />Commissioner Williamson reported a flea market in the grassy area ofIndianapolis Road a few <br />weeks ago. He was told if he sees a flea market there again he needs to find who is operating. <br /> <br />Fifty-six (56) permits and one hundred forty-one (141) inspections were reported. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Plan Commission at this time, a motion was <br />made to adjourn. <br /> <br />The next meeting of the MooresviUe Plan Commission will be on Thursday, August 24,2000, at <br />7:00 P.
