<br />Mr. Ratliff, 302 Cooney Road, appeared before the Commission to ask them ifhe was preparing <br />a minor plat properly. Mr. Ratliff told the Commission he had 26 and one-half acres across <br />Cooney Road from his other property that he wanted to minor plat and he was in Town of <br />Mooresville Buffer Zone. The plat would consist of 4 6 acre lots. He gave the Commission a <br />proposed set of covenants (see attached) Commissioner McGuire suggested Mr. Ratliff let the <br />Building Inspector look at covenants and sketch and make suggestions. Four lots would be <br />maximum and could not be subdivided again. <br /> <br />Ordinance review committee report: Mr. Beikman had handed out copies of revised Mooresville <br />Comprehensive Plan for members to take home and review. <br /> <br />Attorney Rod Bray had Findings of Fact for Commission to sign on Arvin Hopkins Gravel Pit <br />and Roberson Woods, Section 5. He also had written restrictions for covenants for Miller's <br />Merry Manor to be signed by the Commission. <br /> <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported to the Commission the variance for gift shop on <br />Indianapolis Road would expire in November. Legal Counsel will send a letter to persons <br />involved to infonn them of expiration.
