~
r

--

44 Church street
Mooresville, IN 46158
June 23, 1998

Mooresville zoning Board
Town Hall
Mooresville, In 46158

Gentlemen:

It is quite obvious Mrs. Allen and her nephew, John, are totally
disregarding the Zoning Board's decision not to grant a variance
for the business Professional Logistics Management. This is
at 545 N. Indiana street in Mooresville.

Immediately after the May meeting, she repaired the damage
to her yard where the employees had been parking. She, for
all intents and purposes, closed up shop. This is just a cover-
up. They still are doing business. The employees park in the
Christian Church parking lot. She alleged permission to do
that was given by Mr. Jim Van Hoy, member of the Property
Committee at the church. This is a lie. I am a member of the
Church Board, and the question has never been presented.

~

If they are doing a nine million dollar business in our town,it
does not seem unreasonable to expct them to find acceptable
working space. Mooresville seems to have an abundance of empty
store and office space, in business areas, not residential.

Am I being petty? perhaps. Is she breaking the law? Most
assuredly! Where do we go from here?

Sincerely, .

~&~

Norma O'Hair

ßµcn
