Motion carried unanimously.
Motion was made by Commissioner Young, second by Commissioner Kimmel to amend other
POO and add Lots 4A, 3A, 4B, and 4C. Motion carried 9-0. For 911 purposes the Town
Council has to name the street in the complex to Southbridge Street.

Motion was made by Commissioner Abbott, second by Commissioner Kimmel to find Brookmore
sanitary lines won't be an adverse effect on the Environment. Motion carried unanimously.

The Commission opened a lettt:r of complaint of a computer business at 545 North Indiana Street.
Building Insp<:ctor Joe Beikman will look into this matter.

The Commission discussed a new Real Estate office on St. Rd. 267 north of the Gravel Pit which
is zoned Agriculture. Motion was made by Commissioner Abbott, second by CotnnÙssioner
Ehrhart to refer the matter to the Town Attorney Tim Currens. Motion carried 9-0.

Also discussed was a Professional office of an attorney, Susan Neeley, operating out of a residence
at 3081 St. Rd. 144 west of of Five Points. Motion was made by CotnnÙssioner McGuire, second
by Commissioner Campbell to have Inspector Beikman look into the matter.

Mr. Mcqueen of 136 Franklin Street appeared before the Commission. He is op<:rating a repair
shop out of a residential area. It is zoned for busint:ss, but not the type of business he is operating.
Tm\11 Attorncy Tim Currens said:Mr. Mcqueen has to stop the Business. He informed Mr.
Mcqueen he could request a variance or a re-zone but there were no guarantees it would pass.

Inspector Joe Beikman asked for clarification on alley setbacks.

Shirley Welker, 761 North Indiana Street, addressed the CotnnÙssion asking questions about the
house next door to her. This house was previously owned by Dentist Jot Comer and he had
applied for and received(according to Ivlrs. Welker) a variance to the zoning in April of 1967.
Now the property has been sold to another Dentist. Mrs Welker reported longer hours of
business and a lot more traffic. Town Attomt:y Tim CWTetlS said he would look into the matter.

Commissioner Campbell reported the used car lot next to Hardees in the Village Shopping Center
had cars parked blocking visual of drivers. He would like for someone to look into this. Article 9
states a barrier is needed to stop cars rolling off the Lot. Commissioner Pygman said this was
creating a hazard. He has talked to the owner before. Commissioner Kimmel said an Ordinance
was passed in 1977 that stated cars had to be parked 10' from street. Inspector Beikman is going
to see how long the car lot has been at that location and if it was there before the Town Ordinance
was passed.
