MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES December 18, 1996,Wednesday, 7:30 P. M MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL The Mooresville Plan Commission met in regular session on Wednesday, December 18, 1996, at 7:30 P. M. at the Mooresville Town Hall. Commission members present were: Joel Beebe, Bill Abbott, Mike Young, Vern Kimmell, John Ehrhart, and Charles McGuire. Tim Cummins, Tim Bennett, and Art Raney were absent. Motion was made by Commissioner Ehrhart, second by Commissioner Kimmel to approve the minutes of the November 20, 1996 meeting. Motion carried 6-0. Ross Holloway presented Grandview Section 3 for Final Plat Signature. Building Inspector Joe Beikman requested Ross Holloway bring the recorded plat back to the Town. Motion was made by Commissioner Abbott, second by Commissioner McGuire to accept the Final Plat as presented. Motion carried 6-0. Motion was made by Commissioner McGuire, second by Commissioner Kimmel to give Ross Holloway a letter to allow him to take the Plat down to be recorded. Motion carried 6-0. The Hosten Bible - Morningstar Final Plat Approval was table to the next meeting. Jessup Place requested a re-zoning for Section 5 from R-1 Morgan County to RIA which is a more restrictive zoning. This will be a seven lot-- 16 acre sUbdivision. Motion was made by Commissioner Abbott, second by Commissioner Ehrhart to recommend to the Town Council to rezone this area from R-1 County to Town R1-A. Motion carried 6-0. Platting: seven lots, none less than two acres along Jessup Way. Tech Review Committee: Need to see Septic System Permits 1. 60 foot setback on St. Rd. 42 - building line 2.Need construction prints for drainage. 3. Plat needs a Surveyor's report 4. 50 foot setback on Bingham Rd. 5. Certification for septics 6. Need sidewalks on construction prints. 7. Need a title page showing items required. 8. On 42 had a combination of utility - need to separate drainage using pipe. ,
