No new notices to be sent out. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Business from the floor: Ralph Miles appeared before the Commission. He <br />had purchased a lot from Brandywine Lot 62 but he can not build on the <br />lot because there is not enough setback in the rear. The Commission <br />informed Mr. Miles he would need to request a variance for three feet <br />for the Board of Zoning Appeals meeting in January. <br /> <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported 14 permits and 65 inspections. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Plan Commission at <br />this time, motion was made by Commissioner Ehrhart, second by <br />Commissioner Kimmel to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />The next regular scheduled meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission <br />will be Thursday, January 23, 1997, at 7:00 P.
