After discussion motion was made by Commiss10ner <br />Abbott, second by Commissioner Ehrhart to table until the <br />Tech Committee requirements are all submitted in one package. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />Ross Holloway ~resented Grandview section #3 for a final PUD. <br />This location 1S on Johnson Road south of Hadley Road. They <br />have changed the order of development from what was approved <br />previously. Motion was made by Commissioner McGuire to <br />accept the change of order of development as requested. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Abbott. Motion carried <br />7-0. <br /> <br />Ross Holloway ~resented Lot # 67 in Rooker Run. Our <br />ordinance re9u1res 30 feet of rear lot. Because of the <br />unusual conf1guration of this lot the Commission needs to <br />determine if rear yard is acceptable or needs to go before <br />the Board of Zoning Appeals. Motion was made by Commissioner <br />'- Abbott, second by Commissioner Ehrhart statin~ the average <br />rear yard meets rear yard requirements, plat 1S in <br />conformance. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />Motion was made b¥ Commissioner Abbott, second by <br />commissioner McGu1re requesting the Building Inspector to <br />check on a violation of our ordinance of a mini barn in front <br />of a house at 54 Crosby Road and carry out the proper <br />procedures. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />The dent repair place is in use for an office only. No <br />repairs. <br /> <br />The temporary drive on Hadley Road: the curbs have been <br />poured but no asphalt as yet. <br /> <br />Brooklyn has passed an ordinance on a Buffer Zone that makes <br />them overlap with the Town of Mooresville. Town Attorney Tim <br />Currens will write a letter stating the date ours was passed <br />and recorded. <br /> <br />Two separate lots between Marcia Street and Hadley Road.
