Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />commissioner Young asked if the Plan Commission <br />remembered voting to grant Carrington Estates ninety (90) <br />days for a tem~orary entrance to the driveway to their show <br />home. Commiss1oner Abbott suggested the Plan commission <br />table this discussion until the next meeting and in the <br />interim find out if Carrington Estates is going to be able to <br />stay within this timeframe. <br /> <br />The Linel entryway off Highway 67 is completed but <br />some chan~es are needed. These changes are being bid at the <br />present t1me. <br /> <br />The Plan Commission discussed citizen complaints <br />pertaining to signs being too close to the curb. Town <br />attorney Tim Currens stated each complaint needs to be <br />addressed seperately because this is a zoning ordinance <br />violation. Attorney Currens wants the Plan Commission to <br />make a list and report violations for the Building Inspector <br />Joe Beikman to follow up. The Building Inspector will begin <br />with the signs that pose a safety hazard. <br /> <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported twenty-seven <br />(27) permits issued and sixty-four (64) inspections <br />completed. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the <br />Plan commission at this time, motion to adjourn was made by <br />Commissioner Art Raney, second by Commissioner Bill Abbott. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />The next regular scheduled meeting of the Mooresville <br />Plan Commission will be held Thursday, June 27, 1996 at 7:30 <br />P.
