MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES THURSDAY, MARCH 28, 1996 7:30 P. M. MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL The Mooresville Plan Commission met in regular session on Thursday, March 28, 1996 at the Mooresville Town Hall at 7:30 P. M. commission members present were e ...1..... u:-¿f~, Vern Kimmel, Mike Young , John Ehrhart, Joel Beebe, Bill Abbott, Tim Cummins, and Art Raney. Tim Bennett was absent. Motion was made by Art Raney, second by Tim Cummins to approve the minutes of the February 22, 1996 meeting. Motion carried unanimously. ~ Grant Thompson of GT com~uters appeared before the Commission to request a change 1n zoning for a house located at 204 East High Street to B-1. GT Computers is wanting to buy this house to locate their business in. The house belongs to Jeff and Bev Loudermilk. Town attorney, Tim Currens stated that the Loudermilks need to sign as owner of record. Abe Herzog, Mr and Mrs Blanton, and Mr. Matney were present to tell the Plan commission they did not want the B- 1 zoning next door to them. After a discussion as to the nature of the business, the Commission decided the proposed use did not fit the B-1 definition. The request should be for a B-2 classification. The petition was withdrawn. Ross Holloway representing Harry Linder - Minor Subdivision Plat was unable to proceed because the meeting date on the notification to the surrounding landowners was incorrect. Ross Holloway from Holloway and Associates re9uested final plat approval for Rooker Run IV. Mooresville F1re Chief Darrell Brown approved the hydrants, although there is a hydrant that had been that needs to be placed again in section 1. Bill Abbott reported the Tech Committee had a question on brick requirements¡if they were in conformance with the minutes. Tapes of the meeting will need to be reviewed. Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Art Raney for an understanding of the brick requirements after listening to the tapes that we require sixty (60) percent brick on the first floor -whatever the tapes indicate. Motion carried unanimously. . Lot configuration has not changed. Street names have changed because had to conform with 911 numbering system. Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Vern ~'-"
