Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />The Commission stated that Availability Fees need to be <br />paid. Holloway and Associates will get a drawing of manhole <br />detail as soon as possible. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second b¥ Tim Cummins to <br />approve Final Plat over Technical Review Find1ngs. Motion <br />passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Bill Abbott reported that a proposed Buffer Zone was <br />prepared by the Technical Committee and they will present it <br />to the Town Council. The Town Council will ultimately make <br />the decision. Most of the increase to the Buffer Zone is to <br />the South. Town Attorney Tim Currens suggested conversations <br />should continue with Brooklyn before the next meeting. <br /> <br />Ross Holloway presented the Final Plat for Morningstar <br />Court Estates owned by Hosten Bible. The Final Plat was not <br />recorded and the year's time period has lapsed. This non- <br />recording voids the Final Plat Approval. Morningstar Court <br />Estates will have to go back through the process for approval <br />and come to the Town Council to set Availability Fees. <br /> <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported he issued <br />thirty-two (32) permits and did sixty-nine (69) inspections. <br /> <br />Chairman Joel Beebe volunteered to serve on a committee <br />to set up meetings and seminars for Plan commissions. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the <br />Mooresville Plan Commission at this time, motion to adjourn <br />was made by Bill Abbott, second by Mike Young. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />The next regular meeting of the Mooresville Plan <br />Commission will be held Thursday, May 23, 1996 at 7:30 P.
