Motion carried 8 - O. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Charles <br />McGuire to approve the Harold and Jane Lloyd two (2) lot <br />minor plat located at 1062 Keller Hill Road contingent upon <br />the Board of Zoning Appeals approval of a variance of width <br />to depth ratio on Lot 2 of the Lloyd minor plat. Motion <br />carried 6 - 2. Commission members Mike Young and John <br />Ehrhart voted no. <br /> <br />Mr. Phil Smith appeared before the Commission <br />representing James L. and Lulia Ann Remster petitioning to <br />rezone a parcel of land located on the corner of State Road <br />144 and State Road 67 from A-I to B-2. This parcel of land <br />is part of the SE/4 of Section 36, T14N RlE containing <br />4.786 acres, more or less. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Tim Bennett <br />that the rezone petition of James L. and Lulia Ann Remster <br />for a parcel of land located on the corner of State Road 67 <br />and State Road 144 from AG to B-2 is consistent with the area <br />and a favorable recommendation for rezone of this parcel be <br />submitted to the Mooresville Town Council for approval. <br />Motion carried 8 - O. <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Plan Commission on <br />behalf of Bill Parks presenting a petition for a three (3) <br />lot minor plat located at the Northeast corner of State Road <br />67 and State Road 144. This parcel of land is part of the <br />SE/4 of Section 36, T14N RlE and part of the SW/4 of Section <br />31, T14N R2E containing 12.615 acres, more or less. <br /> <br />This minor plat consists of Lot 1 which contains 1.657 <br />acres, more or less, Lot 2 which contains 8.943 acres, more <br />or less, Lot 3 which contains 2.118 acres, more or less. Lot <br />1 will be the site for a Wendy's. This parcel is currently <br />zoned B-2. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Mike Young to <br />approve the petition of Bill Parks for a three (3) lot minor <br />plat located on the northeast part of the SE/4 of Section 36, <br />T14N RlE and part of the SW/4 of Section 31, T14N R2E <br />containing 12.615 acres, more or less, contingent on the <br />granting of a variance for the width to depth ratio on Lot 2. <br />Motion carried 8 - O. <br /> <br />2 <br />
