<br />~ Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Tim Cummins to <br />find that the special exception for the land use of lot 3 of <br />the Rawlings Minor Plat to be used for an electrical <br />substation is compatable with the master land use plan for <br />the Town of Mooresville. Motion carried 8 - O. <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Plan Commission on <br />behalf of Ralph and Sue Jessup petitioning for a three lot <br />minor plat for a parcel of land located on Crosby Road. This <br />parcel is part of the SE/4 and part of the NE/4 of Section <br />11, T13N R1E containing 9.00 acres, more or less. <br /> <br />Mr. Todd Seals, 141 Crosby Road questioned the size of <br />homes to be constructed on these lots. <br /> <br />The restrictive covenants on this minor plat will <br />restrict the house size and not allow prefabricated homes to <br />be built in this minor plat. <br /> <br />Mr. Jesse Duncan, 151 Crosby Road, asked where the <br />driveway for this minor plat will be located. <br /> <br />Mr. Holloway informed those present that the driveway <br />will be approximately 300 feet east of the existing driveway. <br /> <br />,_ Motion was made by Charles McGuire, second by Tim <br />Bennett to approve the Jessup three lot minor plat located on <br />Crosby Road, being part of the SE/4 and part of the NE/4 of <br />Section II, T13N RlE containing 9.00 acres, more or less, <br />subject to the restrictive covenants stating the house size <br />to be 1600 square feet and not allowing prefabricated houses <br />in this minor plat. Motion carried 8 - O. <br /> <br />Mr. Phil Smith appeared before the Plan Commission on <br />behalf of Harold W. and Jane M. Lloyd petitioning for a two <br />lot minor plat for a parcel of land located on Keller Hill <br />Road. This parcel is part of the SW/4 of Section 34, T14N <br />RlE containing 7.469 acres, more or less. <br /> <br />The Plan Commission review committee stated that a <br />variance for width to depth ratio would be needed for lot 2 <br />of this minor plat. Septic permits for each lot will be <br />necessary. <br /> <br />Mr. DeWayne Ward, 1000 Keller Hill Road inquired about <br />the location of the driveway of this minor plat. <br /> <br />--' <br /> <br />Mr. Smith informed those present that there will be two <br />residence in this minor plat and the variance Mr. Lloyd <br />currently has for a residence in a garage will be rescinded <br />and the drive will be on the east side of the minor plat. <br /> <br />2 <br />
