<br />" <br /> <br />'- Mr. & Mrs. Harold Lloyd submitted a letter with the <br />filing of this minor plat stating their intention for <br />development of this minor plat. The Lloyd's plan on selling <br />the existing house and they plan to build a smaller house on <br />lot 2 of this minor plat. <br /> <br />Margaret and Bernard Cook submitted a letter to the Plan <br />Commission stating they are opposed to the Lloyd minor plat, <br />as they feel the parcel is to small for an additional house. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Charles <br />McGuire to approve the Lloyd two (2) lot minor plat located <br />on Keller Hill Road, being part of the SW/4 of Section 34, <br />T14N RlE, containing 7.469 acres, more or less. The vote on <br />this motion was 3 in favor, 4 against and 1 absention. <br />Commission members Bill Abbott, Charles McGuire and Joel <br />Beebe voted yes. Commission members Art Raney, Tim Bennett, <br />Tim Cummins and Mike Young voted no. Commission member <br />Vern Kimmel abstained. <br /> <br />The motion was not defeated or passed by a majority of <br />the Commission; therefore, no action was taken on this <br />petition. <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Plan Commission on <br />= behalf of Bill Wright petitioning for a four lot minor plat <br />which is located on State Road 144 and is part of the NE/4 of <br />Section 6, T13N R2E, containing 9.00 acres, more or less. <br /> <br />The technical review board reported that this petition <br />needs a state road cut permit for the access to the minor <br />plat, a variance for lot 3 and 4 structure for rear yard, <br />variance for lots 1 and 2 width to depth ratio. <br /> <br />Mr. DeWayne Harris, 1460 State Road 144 voiced his <br />concern in regard to the proposed buildings on these lots and <br />the time frame which the building will be completed. <br />Mr. Harris submitted pictures of an existing structure on <br />this parcel of land which has not been completed and <br />Mr. Harris feels this building does not enhance the property <br />in this area. <br /> <br />Mr. Danny Meyers, 1470 State Road 144 voiced his concern <br />in regard to traffic in this area and the visability of <br />traffic accessing State Road 144 from this development. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Vern Kimael to <br />approve the Wright four lot minor plat located on State Road <br />144, being part of the NE/4 of T13N R2E, containing 9.00 <br />acres more or less, contingent on the petitioners obtaining a <br />street cut permit from the state highway department, a <br /> <br />3 <br />
