<br />'-- <br /> <br />Mr. McGuire stated that Lot 3 of the Lester Lewis minor <br />plat is not suitable for a home to be installed in a con- <br />ventional manner, it had to be installed perpendicular <br />to the road. Mr. McGuire stated there is only twelve feet <br />between the two homes which have been constructed on this <br />minor plat at this time. <br /> <br />Mr. Bill Abbott noted that on page two of the minutes <br />[or the March 23, 1995 Plan Commission meeting the word <br />descending should be dissenting. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Charles <br />McGuire to approve the minutes of the March 23, 1995 Plan <br />Con¡mission meeting as amended. Motion carried tlnanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Abbott reported to the Plan Commission that the <br />technical review committee reviewed the buffer zone at the <br />committee meeting. Mr. Abbott requested that by memorandum <br />the Town Council have the Economic Development Director <br />explore annexation possibilities in the northeast quadrant of <br />the buffer zone. The technical review committee will present <br />a plan for annexation after the Town Council investigates the <br />possibilities of annexation. <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />Mr. Phil Smith appeared before the Commission presenting <br />a petition for three (3) lot minor plat for Harold W. Lloyd <br />located at 1062 Keller Hill Road. This parcel of land is <br />part of the W/2 of Section 34, T14N RIE containing 7.469 <br />acres, more or less. <br /> <br />Anita Platt inquired as to what kind of structure <br />Mr. Lloyd plans on putting on this parcel. Mr. Smith stated <br />Mr. Lloyd would like to put a house consisting of 1800 square <br />feet. <br /> <br />Mr. George Allegree, 1138 Keller Hill Road asked if <br />there is a septic system for lot 2 or is that lot hooked on <br />to the septic system of lot 1. Mr. Holloway stated each lot <br />has its own septic system. <br /> <br />Mr. DeWayne Smoot, Keller Hill Road advised the <br />Commission taht all properties in this area have 200 foot <br />frontage. <br /> <br />Mr. Vern Cook, Keller Hill Road is concerned because <br />there are nine (9) driveways within 500 feet and does not <br />want another driveway on this part of Keller Hill Road. <br />Mr. Cook also stat.ed he is concerned about having three deeds <br />for these parcels of land. <br /> <br />'-' <br /> <br />2 <br />
