Mr. Allegree <br />does not believe such a road would be able to handle <br />emergency vehicles if the need would arise. <br /> <br />Mr. Charles Huhbard requested the opportunity to look at <br />the proposed plat. <br /> <br />Ms. Paula Ingle, 1306 Keller Hill Road informed the <br />Commission that the school bus turns around in her driveway <br />and she is concerned ahout traffic on Keller Hill Road and <br />the safety of the children in this area. <br /> <br />Mooresville Fire Chief Darrell Brown informed the <br />Commission that to fight a fire in this area it would be <br />"necessary Lo run pumpers in and out of this access road and <br />t.his access road would not be capable to h~ndle this type of <br />t.raffic. <br /> <br />Mr. Harold Lloyd advised the Commission that he has had <br />opposition to any project he has brought before the <br />Commission. This parcel is currently zoned 1-3. A commercial <br />drive is proposed through this parcel starting on Sycamore <br />Lane and going through the parcel to Country Club Road. <br />This PUD - I consists of 17 lots. Mr. Dan Harm of Ambassador <br />Steele stated that the technical review committee stated that <br />the lot sizes of this proposed PUD - I restrict the <br />development of this parcel. Mr. Harm stated if the proposal <br />does not pass as submitted, Ambassador Steele would possibly <br />come back later. <br /> <br />3 <br />
