<br />'- <br /> <br />Bill Abbott stated that the technical review committee <br />feels that no lots should access a residential street and <br />this plat shows three lots accessing Sycamore Lane, a <br />residential street. Mr. Abbott also stated that a commercial <br />drive on this parcel should be adjacent to Ambassador Steele, <br />not access Meadowbrook in front of existing residential <br />property. Mr. Abbott also stated a commercial drive should <br />not access Country Club Road so no traffic "auld pass through <br />residential properties. Mr. Abbott stated that storm water <br />retention should be provided by the developer and not left up <br />to each lot owner. <br /> <br />Charles McGuire stat.ed that he feels the 1-3 zoning of <br />this parcel is far more beneficial to the commllnity than the <br />PUD - 1 pet.ition would be. <br /> <br />Bill Abbott recommended no action be takul loll this plat <br />as submitted. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Mike Young to <br />table this petition at this time, the petitioners will amend <br />the petition for the next Plan Commission meeting. <br />Motion (~arried 11nan,imo\ls1y. <br /> <br />Mr. Palmer, 156 Sycamore Lane stated he strongly objects <br />to any additional commercial t~affic on Sycamore Lane. <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />~fr·. Steve Shaw, Sycamore Lane is concerned abOtlt access <br />to Sycamore Lane from this industrial development. <br /> <br />Ms. Sharon Palmer, 156 Sycamore Lane stated that <br />Ambassador Steele had made committments to the community at <br />the time this parcel was rezoned and those committments have <br />not been met. <br /> <br />Mr. Ron Miller, Colle}'. Drive, echoed Ms. Pa]lller's <br />concerns in regard to committmenLs previously made by <br />Ambassador Steele. <br /> <br />Attorney Tim Currens advised those present that this <br />petition will be heard at the Plan Commission meeting May 25, <br />1995 at 7:30 p.m. with no additional notice being sent to <br />pr'operLy owners. <br /> <br />--- <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Plan Commission <br />presenting a petition for Mooresville Partners requesting a <br />PUD - C for a parcel of land located at Bridge Street and <br />State Road 67. This parcel of land is part of the N/2 of the <br />NE/4 of Section 31, T14N R2E containing 15.42 acres, more or <br />less. Currently 5.99 acres, more or less is zoned B-3 and <br />9.43 acres, more or less is zoned AG. <br /> <br />4 <br />
