<br />I <br /> <br />'- Mr. Dennis Lashbrook inquired as to why the streets in <br />this area seem to retain water. <br /> <br />Mr. Gene Smith inquired if the developer had a contract <br />with Methodist Hospital for the proposed emergency care <br />center which is to be built on Lot 3 of this PUD. <br /> <br />Ms. Vickie Perkins stated she is concerned about the <br />children's safety on Bridge Street. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Vern Kimmel to <br />approve the petition for Mooresville Partners for a PUD - C <br />for property located at Bridge Street and State Road 67 con- <br />tingent on the petitioner's being in compliance with the <br />technical review committee's stipulations. Motion carried <br />·unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Plan Commission <br />presenting a petition for Frank H. Lowry Limited Liability <br />requesting an amendment to a PUD - I to allow for a 3.64 acre <br />parcel with direct access to Old State Road 67 and a rezone <br />from I-I to 1-2. <br /> <br />Mr. Steve Overton appeared before the Commission to <br />state that as adjoining property owner, he has no problem <br />with this amendment and change of zoning for this parcel. <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by John Ehrhart <br />to approve the amendment and change of zoning from I-I to <br />I-2 for Lot D1 of Block D in White Lick Creek Park, PUD - I <br />containing 3.695 acres, more or less, contingent upon <br />obtaining a sewer availability agreement with the Mooresville <br />Town Council. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Plan Commission <br />presenting a petition for Frank H. Lowry Limited Liability <br />requesting a rezone from AG to RIB for 53.748 acres, more or <br />less for a parcel of land which is part of the E/2 of the <br />SE/4 of Section 33, T14N R1E which is located on Keller Hill <br />Road. This petition also requested approval of a 44 lot <br />residential subdivision, being the same parcel of land <br />described in the rezone petition. <br /> <br />~jr. HolltH,ay advised the Commission that the petitioners <br />voluntarily amended the rezone petition from RIB zoning to <br />RIA zoning which is the lease dense residential zoning <br />allowed in the Mooresville zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />Mr. Holloway advised the Commission that this <br />subdivision would consist of 44 one acre lots which would be <br />serviced by Hill Water Company.
