<br />· <br /> <br />showing lower 18 acres for detention areas. <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />The Plan Commission received a letter- from Mr. & Mrs. <br />Harlan Sterrett concerning the sale of lawn mowers from the <br />home of Robert Baker, 1005 State Road 144. Mr. Ster-rett <br />stated this is a residential zoning and the sale of mowers <br />from this residence is against the Town of Mooresville zoning <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />The Plan Commission will site Mr. Robert Baker to appear <br />before the Mooresville Plan Corr~ission at the May meeting. <br /> <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman was not present at the <br />meeting; however, he reported by letter he had fifty-five <br />(55) inspections and forty-three (43) permits. <br /> <br />There being no additional business to come before the <br />Mooresville Plan Commission at this time, motion to adjourn <br />was made by Vern Kimmel, second by Charles McGuire. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />The next regular meeting of the Mooresville Plan <br />Commission will be held Thursday, May 25, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. <br />at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />--- <br /> <br />CHAIRHAN <br /> <br />SECRETARY <br /> <br />..... <br /> <br />8 <br />
