<br />'-'" <br /> <br />is bad and this development will increase the traffic at this <br />intersection making this all ready dangerous intersection <br />worse. <br /> <br />Ms. Karen Overpeck, 58 Pennington Road questioned what <br />kind of covenants this subdivision ,viII have and what kind of <br />problems this development will create in regard to police and <br />fire protection. <br /> <br />Mr. Mike Hacker, 1515 Dayhuff Road questioned the size <br />of the homes in this subdivision. Mr. Holloway stated the <br />houses will be 1,000 square feet to 1,300 squRre feet. <br /> <br />Mr. Raymond Kays, 466 Pennington Road questioned the <br />effect this development will have on drainage in this area. <br /> <br />Commission member Bill Abbott st,ated that he feels RIB <br />,.¡auld be a more appropriate zoning for this parcel. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Charles <br />McGuire to not recommend a zoning change from AG to RID for <br />the 37.635 acres located at Orchard Road and Kitchen Road due <br />to the fact that this zoning request is not in compliance <br />with the Town's comprel~ensive land lIse plans. <br />Mo1~ion caJ"r'led 7 - O. <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Commission <br />requesting an amendment to the PUD-R plat for Rooker Run, <br />Section II. TI,e developers of th i.s subdiv is ion request to <br />reduce the set back lines of lots 36, 37, 38, 39 and 40 of <br />Rooker run, Section II from 30 feet to 25 feet. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Tim Cummins, second by Tim Bennett to <br />approve the amended plat for Rooker Run, Section II allowing <br />25 foot set backs for lots 36, 37, 38, 39 and 40. <br />Motion carried 7 - O. <br /> <br />MI'. Ross Holloway appeared before the Commission <br />requesting a PUD on behalf of Frank Lowry for the property <br />located at Crosby Road and State Road 67 South zoned R-3. <br />The nature of the PUD will be for six apartment buildings and <br />a club house. This complex will contain 88 units. There <br />will be eight one bedroom apartments, seventy-two two bedroom <br />apartments and eight three bedroom apartments. There will be <br />one hundred fifty-two parking spaces with no streets to be <br />dedicated. Fire Chief Darrell Brown advised the Commission <br />that there needs to be one additional fire hydrants in the <br />development. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Charles McGuire, second by Vern <br /> <br />3 <br />
