<br />" <br /> <br />......... <br /> <br />SW/4 of Section 29, T14N R2E containing 1.00 acre more or <br />less, property is located on Landersdale Road. <br /> <br />Bill Abbott advised the Plan Commission that the <br />technical review committee found the following points <br />necessary for approval of the Hopkins minor plat: <br />verification of sewer' availability from the Town Council, <br />maintenance covenants for roadway, variance of width to depth <br />ratio, check point agencies notified, guarantee of necessary <br />eð.<3--::.ements _ <br /> <br />Chairman Joel Beebe noted that notification of the check <br />point agencies has been included in the file for this minor <br />plat request. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Charles McGuire, second by Bill <br />Abbott to approve the Hopkins minor plat contingent upon <br />verification of sewer availability from the Town Council, <br />maintenance covenants for the roadway, variance of width to <br />depth ratio, and glJarantee of necessary easements. <br />Motion carried 9 - o. <br /> <br />'-. <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Mooresville Plan <br />Commission on behalf of Swinney Brothers Excavating with an <br />amended PUD for Collett Acres Subdivision, Mr. Holloway <br />explained to the Commission that this amendment was <br />oecessitated to change a cul-de-sac on the approved PUD-R. <br />This change would affect lots 85-90 in Collett Acres, <br /> <br />Bill Abbott advised the Plan Commission that the <br />technical review committee found that it will be necessary <br />for an escrow account be established prior to final plat <br />approval. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Charles McGuire, second by Tim <br />Bennett to approve the amended Planned unit Development for <br />Collett Acres Subdivision. Motion carried 9 - O. <br /> <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported he issued <br />fourteen (14) permits and made fifty-two (52) inspections. <br /> <br />Plan Commission attorney Tim Currens advised the Plan <br />Commission that the property at 39 W. Main Street will be <br />sited for a violation of the safe building ordinance at the <br />Septernber Plan Commission meeting. <br /> <br />There being no additional business to come before the <br />Mooresville Plan Commission at this time, motion to adjourn <br />was made by Tim Cummins, second by John Ehrhart. <br />Motion carried 9 - O. <br /> <br />'-"" <br /> <br />4 <br />
