Motion <br />car'r:ied g - O. <br /> <br />Mr. Lee Comer, Mr. Ross Holloway and Mr. Kevin McKasson <br />appeared before the Mooresville Plan Commission on behalf of <br />Mooresville Partners to petition for preliminary plat <br />approval of the replat of Lot 3 of Town Center II into a sub- <br />¡jivision cor)sisting of 6 lots; said lot 3 beirlg des(:ribed as <br />fo1lows: part of the N!2 of the NE!4 of section 31 T14N R2E <br />cont~ining 15.42 acres more or less. <br /> <br />The Technica1 review committee advised the Plan <br />Commission that this preliminary plat approval petition does <br />not contain an Erosion Control Plan, said plan would have to <br />be included in the final plat approval petition. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Motion was made by Charles McGuire, second by Tim <br />Cummins to accept the preliminary plat for Lot 3 Town <br />Center 11 contingent upon the Erosion Control Plan being part <br />of the final plat approval petition. Motion carried 9 - O. <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Mooresville Plan <br />Commission on behalf of the Trustees of the First United <br />Methodist Church petitioning for a change in zoning from AG <br />to R-3 for a parcel of land which is part of the SW!4 of the <br />NE!4 of Section 25, T14N R1E containing 11.17 acres more or <br />less, property is located on the west side of Indianapolis <br />Road between Sweetwood Drive and Northfield Drive in <br />rvloor8sville. <br /> <br />Mr. Holloway asked the Commission to amend this filing <br />fronr a request to R-3 zoning to R-1 zoning. R-l zoning would <br />allow for a church to be constructed on this parcel. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Art Raney, second by Mike Young to <br />make a favorable recommendation to the Mooresville Town <br />Council for rezoning from AG to R-1 the parcel of land <br />described as part of the SW!4 of the NE!4 of section 25, T14N <br />R1E containing 11.17 acres more or less, property located on <br />the west side of Indianapolis Road between Sweetwood Drive <br />and Northfield Drive in Mooresville.
