<br />~ <br />~ <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />Charles McGuire informed the Plan Commission that he had <br />received a complaint in regard to an addition to a home on <br />Merriman Road which possibly had been contructed without a <br />building permit. Building Inspector Joe Beikman will <br />research this situation. <br /> <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman advised the Plan <br />Commission that the owners of the property at 331 Northeast <br />Street, which had been accused of possible zoning violations <br />at the February Plan Commission meeting, will be filing for <br />a var-ianc8. <br /> <br />rhe Plan Commission advised Mr. Beikman that if a <br />variance is not filed prior to the April meeting the owners <br />of 331 Northeast Street should be cited to appear at the <br />April meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission. <br /> <br />Chairman Joel Beebe advised the Plan Commission that <br />there appears to be conflicting definitions of R1D zoning <br />on pages 16 and 18 of the Town's zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />Chairman Joel Beebe asked members of the Plan Commission <br />to review these pages of the zoning ordinance for review at <br />the April Plan Commission meeting. <br /> <br />'- Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported he issued fifty- <br />one (51) permits and made sixty-seven (67) inspections. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the <br />Mooresville Plan Commission at this time, motion to adjourn <br />was made by Mike Young, second by Steve Edwards. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />The next regular scheduled meeting of the Mooresville <br />Plan Commission will be held Thursday, April 28, 1994 at <br />7:30 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />J~~~ <br />C RMAN <br /> <br />CRETARY <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />3 <br />
