<br />'-- <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />The proposed development 1S located on Landersdale Road <br />in Madison Township and contains 103 single family <br />resldential lots. <br /> <br />The technical committee met on Wednesday, February 16, <br />1994 to review these plans which have been submitted to the <br />Plan Commission for approval. The comm1ttee compiled a list <br />of errors and omissions which were reviewed by the Plan <br />Commission. The above stated list is part of these minutes <br />as attachment A. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Charles McGuire, second by Bill <br />Abbott that the length to width ratio is consistent with PUD <br />zoning. Motion passed 7 - O. <br /> <br />There were no remonstrators present for this hearing. <br /> <br />rhe Plan Commission determined that this petition has <br />met all specifications requested at the January 27, 1994 <br />public hearing for this petition. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Steve Edwards, second by Vern Kimmel <br />to recommend approval of a zoning change from agriculture to <br />PUD-R for Collett Acres Subdivision to the Mooresville Town <br />Council. Motion passed 7 - O. <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Mooresville Plan <br />Commission representing Cloverleaf Properties requesting <br />approval for a two lot minor plat located at the southeast <br />corner of Springmill Court and State Road 144. The minor <br />plat contains 3.687 acres. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Vern Kimmel, second by Tim Bennett <br />to grant the request for a two lot minor plat to Cloverleaf <br />Properties. Motion passed 7 - O. <br /> <br />Mr. Arvin Hopkins of Hopkins, Sand and Gravel appeared <br />before the Mooresville Plan Commission to advise the Plan <br />Commission that he is planning on expanding his current sand <br />and mining operation onto his adjoining property. <br />Mr. Hopkins does not wish to have this parcel rezoned, he <br />will File before the Board of Zoning Appeals for a special <br />exception to allow this use of the land. Mr. Hopkins <br />appeared before the Plan Commission to obtain approval from <br />the Plan Commission that this use of the parcel meets with <br />the Town's Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Steve Edwards, second by Bill Abbott <br />that extending the sand and mining operation to the parcel of <br />land adjoining the existing sand and mining operation is not <br />in conflict with the Mooresville Comprehensive Plan. <br />Motion passed 7 - O. <br /> <br />4 <br />
