<br />'-- <br /> <br />Mr. Ralph Foley and Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before <br />the Mooresville Plan Commission representing Environmental <br /> <br />Development Corporation requesting a PUD - R for Rooker Run <br /> <br /> <br />Subdivision. Mr. Holloway presented the proposed PUD - R <br /> <br /> <br />stating there is a total of 181 single family residential <br /> <br /> <br />lots in the PUD - R. The proposed development is located <br /> <br />east of State Road 67 on Rooker Road. <br /> <br />There is a total of <br /> <br />73 acres in this development, 60 acres in lots, 13 acres <br /> <br />in park ground. <br /> <br />The minimum house size will be 1200 square <br /> <br />feet. <br /> <br />The covenants and restrictions for Rooker Run will be <br /> <br />identical to Rooker Trace. Mr. Holloway advised the Com- <br /> <br /> <br />mission that the reason this development has been filed as a <br /> <br /> <br />PUD - R is due to the varying lot sizes in the development. <br />---- <br /> <br />Mr. Dewayne Goodwin, 20 Wilson Drive, Mooresville, Indiana <br />questioned the status of the ravine which runs between lots <br />50 and 51. Mr. Holloway explained that the ravine will be <br />filled and the water will be directed to the street and <br />directed to storm drainage system. Mr. Holloway stated the <br />drainage system will be detailed ln further plans. <br />Mr. Larry Benson, 22 Wilson Drive, Mooresvi1le, Indiana <br /> <br />also voiced concern about drainage onto his property during <br /> <br />construction of this project. <br /> <br />Mr. Holloway explained that <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />each phases drainage will be handled during contruction. <br />Mr. Benson also stated he would like to see bigger houses in <br />this development. Mr. Benson stated concern about the impact <br /> <br />of development in Mooresville on the school system. <br /> <br />2 <br />
