Motion passed 8 - O. <br />Mr. Ralph Foley appeared before the Mooresville Plan <br />Commission to preview a request for a Davis Home Development <br /> <br />to be located on Johnson Road. <br /> <br />The proposed development <br /> <br />would consist of 121.6 acres, 305 residential lots, <br />minimum lot size would be 8,400 square feet. The developer <br />will be petitioning for municipal sanitary sewer service, <br />Hoosier Water. Indianapolis Power and Light and Morgan County <br />REMC and Indiana Gas. The developers will petition for a <br />PUD - R zoning classification. After much discussion on <br />this matter the Plan Commission advised the developer they <br />would like the minimum lot size to be 10,000 square feet <br />"- <br />which is what the Mooresville Zoning Ordinance requires. <br /> <br />There was no action taken on this matter as the developer has <br /> <br />not filed a petition. <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported he issued <br />twenty-six (26) permits and made seventy-eight (78) in- <br />spections. <br />There being no further business to come before the <br />Mooresville Plan Commission at this time, motion to adjourn <br />was made by Bill Abbott, second by Steve Edwards. <br /> <br /> <br />Motion carried 8 - O. <br /> <br /> <br />The next regular scheduled meeting of the Mooresville <br /> <br /> <br />Plan Commission will be held Thursday, February 24, 1994 at <br /> <br /> <br />7:30 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />"- <br /> <br />6 <br />
