Item <br /> <br />thirteen of the covenants and restrictions has had a clause <br /> <br />added stating that the sidewalks and driveways will be <br />completed within three months after completion of the <br />dwelling, lot one was changed to a single family residence, <br />two fire hydrants will be located as designated by the <br />Mooresville Fire Department, the plan designates adequate <br /> <br />street lighting, the easements have been increased to handle <br /> <br />retention as requested at the preliminary hearing. <br />Motion was made by Joel Beebe, second by Bill Abbott to <br />recommend approval of the amended PUD - R for Morningstar <br />Court Addition to the Mooresville Town Council contingent <br />5 <br />
