<br />'-..- <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />'-" <br /> <br />to review the final plat. <br />The developer was advised that notices will have to be <br />sent to all adjoining property owners advising them of the <br />final hearing for a PUD - R for Collett Acres. <br />Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Steve Edwards <br />to approve a PUD - R for Collett Acres be filed for a final <br />public hearing before the Mooresville Plan Commission <br />contingent upon the county accepting the maintenance of the <br />streets in the PUD - R and the approval of the plans by <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman and the approval of fire <br />hydrant placement by Fire Chief Darrell Brown. <br />Motion carried 8 - O. <br />Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Mooresville Plan <br /> <br />Commission representing Roger Raymond requesting final <br /> <br />approval for a PUD - R for Morningstar Court. Item <br /> <br />thirteen of the covenants and restrictions has had a clause <br /> <br />added stating that the sidewalks and driveways will be <br />completed within three months after completion of the <br />dwelling, lot one was changed to a single family residence, <br />two fire hydrants will be located as designated by the <br />Mooresville Fire Department, the plan designates adequate <br /> <br />street lighting, the easements have been increased to handle <br /> <br />retention as requested at the preliminary hearing. <br />Motion was made by Joel Beebe, second by Bill Abbott to <br />recommend approval of the amended PUD - R for Morningstar <br />Court Addition to the Mooresville Town Council contingent <br />5 <br />
