<br />'-- <br /> <br />---- <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />Ms. Ellen Cramer of the Morgan County Soil and Water <br /> <br />Conservation District presented the Commission with the soil <br /> <br />analysis for this development. These studies are attached <br /> <br />to and become part of these minutes. <br /> <br />The Plan Commission recommended sidewalks be installed <br /> <br />in this addition along Rooker Road. <br />Plan Commission Chairman Tucker advised those present <br />that notices will be sent prior to the final hearing for the <br />PUD - R for Rooker Run. <br />Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Mooresville Plan <br /> <br />Commission representing Swinney Brothers requesting final <br /> <br />approval for a PUD - R for Collett Acres. Mr. Holloway <br />presented the final plat which addressed the items which the <br />Commission requested at the preliminary hearing. <br /> <br />The following items have been submitted to the Plan <br /> <br />Commission: <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer Design, Water Design, Storm <br /> <br />Drainage Design, street names and location, lot area and <br /> <br />dimensions, fire hydrant locations. the covenants and <br /> <br />restrictions of the original PUD - R will remain in effect, <br />RFMC has submitted a letter in regard to the installation <br />of street lights which will be in compliance with the town's <br />street lighting policy. The county has not submitted a <br />letter stating they will maintain the streets in Collett <br />Acres. <br /> <br /> <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman has not seen the final <br /> <br /> <br />plat of Collett Acres and would like to have an opportunity <br /> <br /> <br />4 <br />
