<br />I <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />--" <br /> <br />'--' <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />and restrictions of the original PUD - R will remain in <br />effect, a letter from REMC in regard to the installation <br />of street lights in Collette Acres. <br />Motion was made by Charles McGuire, second by Tim <br />Bennett to accept the revised plat subject to the nine items <br />which the developer needs to comply. Motion carried 8 - O. <br />Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Mooresville Plan <br />Commission representing Mr. Max Hunter for a two lot minor <br />plat located at the corner of Bunker Hill Road and Tincher <br />Road west of Mooresville. Mr. Holloway advised the Plan <br />Commission that a septic permit would have to be obtained <br />from the county. <br />Motion was made by Art Raney, second by Bill Abbott to <br />grant the request for the minor plat to Max Hunter subject <br />to obtaining a septic permit from the county health <br />department. Motion carried 8 - O. <br />Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Mooresville Plan <br />Commission representing Mr. Roger Raymond to amend the <br />original PUD - R for Morningstar Addition located on North <br />indiana Street. The amendment is for a total of nine lots, <br />five lots will be for two unit multi-family residence, four <br />lots will be for single family residence. All covenants <br />and restrictions will become a part of this amendment. <br />Adjoining property owners expressed concern about <br /> <br /> <br />drainage on this development. Mr. Holloway explained to <br /> <br /> <br />those present that the developer plans to clean and deepen <br /> <br /> <br />2 <br />
