<br />I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />'--' <br /> <br />~, <br /> <br />the drainage on this development. <br />The Plan Commission requested the following items prior <br />to approval of the amended PUD - R for Morningstar Addition: <br />item thirteen of the covenants and restrictions shall have a <br />time limit placed on completion of sidewalks and driveways, <br />existing building can keep the exterior finish which cur- <br />rently exists until such time the contruction could be <br />destroyed then a new construction would have to comply with <br /> <br />the covenants and restrictions, lot one will be changed to a <br /> <br />single family residence, all houses are required to have <br />foundation drains, two fire hydrants will be located in the <br />development as required by the Mooresville Fire Department, <br />the developer will submit a statement of the proposed order <br />of development, the developer shall meet the street lighting <br />policy of the town, increase the easements to increase re- <br />tention area if it becomes a necessity. <br />Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Joel Beebe to <br />recommend the preliminary amendment to the Morningstar <br />Addition PUD - R to the Town Council for approval subject to <br />the list of changes the Plan Commission requested. <br />Motion carred 8 - O. <br />Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Mooresville Plan <br />Commission representing Mr. Donald Taylor requesting a two <br />lot minor plat on State Road 144. <br />Motion was made by Charles McGuire, second by Steve <br /> <br />Edwards to grant the request for a two lot minor plat to <br /> <br />3 <br />
