<br />Ms. virginia Butler located between old State Road 67 and <br /> <br />new State Road 67 north of Country Manor Estates from AG to <br /> <br />B-3 due to the fact that this zoning is in compliance with <br /> <br />the Town of Mooresville Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Motion passed 9 - o. <br /> <br />Mr. Ross Holloway appeared before the Mooresville Plan <br /> <br />commission representing Ms. Karen McDaniel with a request for <br /> <br />a minor plat located on State Road 67 South. <br /> <br />The Plan <br /> <br />Commission determined that all adjoining property owners were <br /> <br />not notified; therefore, this petition will be continued <br /> <br />until the November meeting of the Plan Commission. <br /> <br />Mr. Michael Shaver, of Wabash Scientific, presented an <br /> <br />Economic Development Plan to the Mooresville Plan Commission <br />_ 1",$'1" 4 <br />which includes property on the west side of State Road 67, <br />tl!.e~K <br />south of the White Lick ni¡er. The Mooresville Redevelopment <br /> <br />Commission unanimously passed Resolution #2-1993 in favor <br /> <br />of the Economic Development Plan. <br /> <br />This resolution confirms <br /> <br />that this Economic Development Plan is in compliance with the <br /> <br />Town of Mooresville's Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Signe Nicholson spoke in opposition to the Economic <br /> <br />Development Plan. <br /> <br />Steve Edwards spoke in favor of the Economic Development <br /> <br />Plan. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Steve Edwards <br /> <br />to approve a Resolution of the Mooresville Plan Commission <br /> <br />--- <br /> <br />Determining That A Certain Declaratory Resolution and <br /> <br />5 <br />
